This website is operated by King David Apparel (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.


Products & Availability

All products are made-to-order using print-on-demand production.

  • Items are not pre-made or stored in inventory
  • Product images are for representation only; slight variations may occur
  • We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time without notice


Orders

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or misuse is suspected

If an order is canceled after production has started, it may not be eligible for a refund.


Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time
  • Payment is required in full at checkout
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Shopify, PayPal, etc.)

We do not store full payment card information.


Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled through third-party print providers (such as Printify).

  • Production time varies (typically 2–7 business days)
  • Shipping times depend on location and carrier
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors

Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.


Returns & Refunds

Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Personal preference

Refunds or replacements are only provided for:

  • Damaged items
  • Misprints or production errors
  • Incorrect items received
  • Lost shipments (confirmed by carrier)

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and include photo evidence when applicable.


Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from King David Apparel, you agree not to file fraudulent chargebacks.

If an issue arises, you agree to contact us first so we can resolve it directly.

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide order proof to payment processors
  • Dispute unjustified chargebacks
  • Block future purchases from abusive customers


Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Designs
  • Product mockups
  • Branding
  • Website content

is the property of King David Apparel and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.


User Conduct

You agree not to:
