King David Apparel – Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At King David Apparel, every item is made-to-order using print-on-demand production. Because of this, we do not hold inventory, and each piece is created specifically for your order.

This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues such as wrong size, color choice, or change of mind.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Wrong color ordered
  • Customer change of mind
  • Shipping delays outside our control
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of every product.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

you are eligible for a free replacement or refund.

Requirements

To process a claim:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photo evidence of the issue
  • Include your order number

No return shipment is required in most cases.

This follows standard print-on-demand fulfillment practices through our production partners.


Lost or Stuck Orders

If your order is lost in transit or marked as undelivered:

  • We will investigate with the carrier
  • If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider
  • Refunds may first appear as store credit depending on the platform used


Important Note

Because all items are made specifically for each order, we cannot resell returned items. This is why we only offer refunds or replacements when there is a verified production or shipping issue.
