Order Processing Time

All orders are made-to-order and fulfilled through third-party print providers.

  • Production time: 2–7 business days (average)
  • This does not include weekends or holidays
  • During high-volume drops or sales, production may take slightly longer

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Time

After production is complete, shipping times vary based on your location and shipping method:

  • Domestic (U.S.): Typically 3–7 business days
  • International: Typically 7–20 business days (may vary by country and customs processing)

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary.


Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted third-party carriers, which may include:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • DHL
  • FedEx

Carrier selection depends on the fulfillment location and destination.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Weight of items
  • Shipping method selected

Occasional promotions may include discounted or free shipping.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost packages due to address errors
  • Delivery issues caused by incomplete information

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once production begins.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or marked as lost:

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate
  • If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund

Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are outside our control.


International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing


Multiple Packages

Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability and fulfillment locations. You may receive items separately.


Important Note

Because King David Apparel uses print-on-demand production, each item is created specifically for your order. This allows us to deliver unique designs without holding inventory, but it also means shipping timelines are not instant like traditional retail.
